JUNE
Dear Friends,
Benamore, Eagle Wood, Glebe Terrace, Kelston, Rockbrook Hall, these are only a sample of the new building developments in Kill Parish. In fact there are up to over a dozen of these developments, some occupied, others awaiting purchasers. They are and will become distinct communities within the Parish.
Over the summer months small teams of visitors will set out to make contact with the residents of these developments. The purpose of the visitation is to: meet people, to leave some literature about the church as a distinctive faith community in the area, to pray for the welfare of all the residents and to raise awareness of these residential developments in our Parish thinking and action. In all of this we are obeying Jesus’ injunction to go and make disciples of all people and I will be with you always.
